- I have this holster for a Glock 19 but after it clicks in place I can't get the gun out of the holster. Is there an adjustment to make?
- Hi Gerald, We apologize for the fitment issues you experienced, usually tightening or loosening the retention screws located on the holster in front of the trigger guard will correct the issue of a hard draw or not enough retention.

- What kind of fit will I get with this IWB holster for my Gen 5 Glock 23, when It’s advertised to fit “Glock 19, 19X, 23, 32 & 44 Gen 1-5,” (ALL generations)? The Gen5 Glock 23 has a thicker slide than older generations. I want a nice perfect fit for my Gen 5 Glock 23, but I don’t see how it can accommodate it when it’s advertised that this holster fits basically “all” generations of this pistol model size. Thank you.
