LUX V2 EXT Universal Light Bearing Holster

Solid holster. Mind the gap.

"Very robust. Very versatile. Fits my light well. Love the ride and cant adjustability. Side comes up over trigger guard area well, however, on the bottom of the trigger guard, top rear part of the holster, it is quite boxy and allows me to fit my finger in there and easily pull the trigger. Can only do that when approaching it at the right angle, and with a full size light, some gap is to be expected, however, I do think the height in that area could be a little higher, as in closer to the grip. I am just mildly concerned about foreign object (shirt, branch, etc) entering right there, especially in paddle holster configuration when hiking and hunting. Overall, a solid holster."

Almost perfect. Needs better retention to TLR-1

"Almost the best holster of its kind. Has the ability of being worn OWB or IWB with 2 different types of belt clips (dcc compatible). Universal, yet not too bulky/heavy. However, the retention on the light isn’t great. It lets the gun wobble around a little too much. If it had a tighter fit to the light or a manual thumb locking device to keep the gun more secure, it would be perfect."

Great Omnivore Alternative with lvl 1 Retention

"Note: I only use this for USPSA/Action Pistol matches, so for $70 it is exactly what I want. I was looking for something to work with multiple handguns - primarily the new Grand Power X-calibur CO Match. My x-calibur doesn't fit in the Blackhawk Omnivore due to how the omnivore retains on the WML/rails, but it works fine in the Lux v2 with the TLR1. It's only level 1 retention, but it's snug enough that I can flip the holster without the firearm dropping out. Presumably if you shake it enough, it'll work itself loose. Also fits my Shadow 2, 1911, and G17 and G34 without issue. The attachment hardware is separate from the holster itself, instead of threading inside the actual holster. I prefer it this way since you can just replace hardware instead of the entire holster. It would be perfect if they could add a strap accessory that attached to the mounting holes, since you're not using them when OWB anyway."

Good quality. Drawbacks of being a “most pistols” holster

"Got this for my dad’s PPQ. Good retention but I am able to wiggle my finger into the trigger guard while the weapon is holstered. That being said I don’t believe an accidental discharge is probable but maintain that it IS possible."
