I reviewed that it was unfortunate but I didn't want to bother with returning them. We'll, the customer support team sent me a very professional and helpful email that directly resulted in my tightening the retention screws and now the holster fits and retains the magazines perfectly. Great Flexible Double Magazine Holster

"The item performed well. The magazine fits in the holster and it is easy to take out. The magazine goes in one direction in the holster. The holster itself worked fine with the belt I was wearing as there is plenty of space within the retainer. You have to slide the belt into the retainer since this is not a clip on. As the belt tightens, the item itself molds to your waist due to the construction of the center piece. Overall, I would recommend this item."
