SIG publishes the standard X Macro figures for SKUs that ship with a ROMEO red dot installed, which is why its height and width read higher than the COMP. The number that decides the holster is the 6.6 inch overall length, and SIG lists it for both guns. At 1.1 inches wide and 17+1 rounds, the X Macro is slim for its capacity, but the full size grip is the part that prints, which is why a concealment claw matters on this gun.
X Macro, X Macro COMP, XL and FUSE: Which Holster?
The P365 X Macro and the P365 X Macro COMP use the same holster. Every standard X Macro holster we make, from the IWB and Plus Line to the paddle, trigger guard, DRUID 2.0 and sidecar, is rated in our fitment data for the Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO and Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO COMP. SIG publishes the same 6.6 inch overall length for both, so you do not need a separate COMP shell.

What Actually Matters When Buying
- A shell molded to the gun. Kydex molded to the X Macro slide holds it by shape, not by friction, and keeps the profile slim.
- Full trigger guard coverage. Every holster in this guide covers the trigger guard, which is what makes carrying a striker fired gun safe.
- Adjustable retention. You should be able to set how hard the gun clicks in and how much pull it takes to draw.

Appendix Carry Setup
- Fix the grip print first. Use the Plus Line, which ships with a claw, or add the Holster Claw Kit to the standard IWB. The sidecar's magazine pouch does the same job.
- Set ride height carefully. Too low and the muzzle digs in when you sit. Too high and the grip clears the belt and prints.
- Use a stiff belt. Appendix carry puts all the weight forward. A 1.5 inch gun belt keeps the holster from tipping.
- Check it seated. Sit in your car and at a desk before you commit to a setup. Most adjustment problems only show up sitting down.
Optics and Lights
